We all want to live a happy and joyful life. And we all know that it's impossible without good health. However, sometimes we don't listen to what our body is telling us. That causes different disorders that prevent us from our usual activities.
You might be surprised that our liver protects us from many illnesses.
#1 Liver controls more than 400 of vital functions
It really does a great and important job! The liver stores and generates energy, controls the balance of sex, thyroid and adrenal hormones. It not only filters our blood but also checks all the medicines and supplements that we are taking. The liver controls blood clotting, digests fats and stores glucose. So, it is difficult to overestimate its role.

It sounds unreal but the organ that is responsible for so many vital functions is able to heal itself! If there is at least 25% of its tissue the liver repairs itself in quite a short period of time.
